Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) February 8, 2007 -- Celebrating the launch of the www.musicpayout.com website, an Atlanta based company. Elvis Williams, president of Music Payout, worked with cutting edge web developers to create an e-commerce environment where independent artists and musicians can upload their music for free plus get paid while doing it.

On musicpayout.com, an independent artist can upload their music for free and become the featured artist based on their ratings and number of fans. They will get paid 30 cents per download up to $300,000. The artist with 1,000,000 downloads from fans will receive a Record Deal on a major record label. The efficiency of the web is such that it enables fans to download selected MP3 tracks of amazing independent artist and win up to $50,000 which in turn increases the artist's exposure and drives commerce.

Elvis Williams, president of Music Payout outlines his vision for the company as, "a fresh and unique way for independent artists to get recognized in the music industry. It will help listeners discover & purchase new music at a low cost while bending their ears to different genres."

The website will also have monthly advice from producers, established artist, A&R's, and label execs on how they got started in the business. Interviews will be conducted with Sean Garrett co-writer of Usher's hit song "Yeah," Destiny's Child "Soldier" and Atlanta producer Jazze Pha who has worked with stars like Ciara "1, 2 Step," Ludacris, OutKast and Ruben Studdard…just to name a few.
