Nora Catherine Jewelry Sparkles for Oscar Week

Nora Catherine Jewelry makes an appearance during Oscar Week, dresses celebrities, and becomes the preferred choice for stylists.

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) February 23, 2007 -- Nora Brown, the designer of Nora Catherine Jewelry, has created a jewelry line of exotic semi-precious stones, and is becoming popular at a rapid pace. In just a few short months after volunteering at Los Angeles Fashion Week, and seating guests at a runway show, Nora gained more than just experience. Once the right people saw her jewelry, she was off to the races.

"The experience that I had at Fashion Week was nothing but good. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to work the shows, meeting people, just being around the clothing. Some of the pieces just put me in awe. Makes me want to work with some of these people some day. The whole experience was just amazing."

Recently, Nora's Jewelry has been featured in Agenda Magazine's Winter 2007 Issue, and this spring, look for her jewels in fashion editorials alongside fashion designers Alan Del Rosario, Komarov, and Eduardo Lucero. Her jewels have also won the hearts of actress Rachel Melvin from Days of Our lives, and the staff of the exclusive Soho House L.A. during Oscar week 2007.

Nora Catherine's Jewelry comes from the beads themselves. Her inspiration comes from the stones--each piece is one of a kind. The jewelry is made from semi-precious stones, including natural quartz crystals, fossils, and mineral formations such as pyrite, just to name a few. Some of her most popular pieces feature rare pendants.

"I don't sketch anything in advance. It just kind of has to come to me. It's kind of unplanned how they're going to turn out."

Once a boutique owner, Nora has really defined her target market--celebrities, special occasion and luxury wear. Her jewelry is synonymous with couture.

"I learned who my clients are. Knowing your target market is a great thing to know."

Nora Catherine Jewelry is high-end and red carpet worthy; and has really made an impact this award season. Even though her jewelry is exclusive, and for special occasions, look for an additional, more affordable line of jewelry in the near future.
