This exciting new show will focus on music from an independent record store, the first one focusing on Grimey's New and Preloved Music Store in Nashville, Tennessee.

This exciting new show will focus on music from an independent record store, the first one focusing on Grimey's New and Preloved Music Store in Nashville, Tennessee.
DJ Patrick's aim is to introduce BTR listeners to and educate them about a new outlet for finding great music: the record shop. To do this, he comprised a collection of songs made up of employee picks, local Nashville-area artists and best sellers, as well as live in-store performances.

Grimey's New and Preloved Music was opened in 1999 in Nashville, TN. It has since become a staple in the Nashville music scene, with a prime location on 8th Avenue. The shop features the best selection of new and used CD's and vinyls and is well-known for impressive in-store performances by bands such as The Black Keys, Annuals, Danielson, Pete Yorn, Death from Above 1979 and The Privates. These bands are amongst the many bands featured on "The Record Shop Show."
