In addition, there has been an increase of about 21.8 percent in outbound tourism in China that reached around 35 Million in 2006. According to the World Tourism Organization prediction, by the year 2020, China shall become 4th largest source of outbound tourists in the world. Above, 100 million Chinese people will travel abroad each year.
