Acquisition further expands MindCrossings' expertise and delivery capabilities for improving performance in the workplace.

The acquisition will further strengthen MindCrossings' ability to assist organizations improve employee workplace performance through the use of innovative training techniques and technologies.

MindCrossings and MOSAIC have worked closely together since mid-2006 to develop and deliver training to national corporations using instructor-led seminars, virtual classes, and e-Learning modalities.

A long-time member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), she looks forward to receiving their Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) designation this May. MindCrossings will utilize Ms. Loeper's strong leadership, vision and corporate training experience to expand its offerings in the areas of custom learning solutions, performance consulting, and e-Learning strategies.
