Top Israeli Counter Terrorism Expert Joins SSC, Inc.

Former Israeli Security Expert Helps SSC Expand Commitment to International Clients

(SSC), www.sscinvestigations.com, the leader in security for the tri-state region, has announced the appointment of Amit Gavish to the new position of Senior Corporate Advisor for International Security Issues. Gavish, a former Deputy Director of Security at the office of the President of Israel, will oversee risk assessment, physical security testing and training for SSC's private and government clients, with special emphasis on international companies.

Gavish, a veteran of the Israel Defense Force, held the position of Deputy Director of Security for the President of Israel, from 2000 to 2004, where he was responsible for daily security operations, as well as training staff and developing and implementing security procedures. He has also served as a research assistant at Harvard University where he investigated Persian Gulf Security, Iran, Iraq and the Arab-Israeli Conflict. Before joining SSC, he worked as a Senior Counter Terrorism Consultant for Applied Risk Management LLC, of Boston, Mass. where he trained Logan International Airport staff on Counter Terrorism and oversaw vulnerability assessments for a Liquefied Natural Gas facility.
