Hillary Clinton Extends Lead Over Obama in Several States and Nationwide Polls
Recent nationwide and state polls show that Hillary Clinton's lead over the rest of the democratic presidential candidates is growing.
Washington D.C. (PRWEB) May 14, 2007 -- American Research Group ran recent state polls in Florida, Michigan, and California from May 4-8, 2007.
Hillary Clinton extended her lead in each of these states.
In Florida, Clinton's lead has gone from 16% to 28%. Edwards was second in the last poll taken in February. Obama is now in second.
Hillary Clinton's lead in Michigan over the same span has gone from 5% to 13%.
In California, Clinton's lead has gone from a statistical dead heat (3%) to 9%.
The interest in the Obama's campaign seems to be staying stable, but Clinton's support is growing nationwide. A CNN/Opinion Research Corporation polls taken from May 4-6, 2007, has Clinton's lead over Obama growing from 4% to 14% from April. The USA Today/Gallup Poll has Clinton's lead ballooning from 5% to 15%.
