Cop “Bails” on the System
ex LAPD police officer’s personal struggle and eventual vindication to be revealed this Summer Issue in Los Angeles Confidential Magazine
(PRWEB) June 20, 2007 -- An ex LAPD police officer’s personal struggle and eventual vindication will be revealed this Summer Issue in Los Angeles Confidential Magazine.
Tina Bavouset-Devlin was a dedicated police officer. She loved and lived the force, it was who she was. Coming from a law enforcement family (father), she was one of only a few who graduated police training to become an officer at the earlier age of only 21. This is what she dreamed of doing her whole life and she loved every minute of it. Tina was part of a very important undercover team that was involved in high profile cases, including the now infamous Heidi Fleiss case. Just as things in Tina’s career seemed to be going so wonderfully, the bottom fell out right before her eyes.
After spending 16 years as an LAPD officer and risking her life for the career she so dearly loved, Tina was falsely accused of “less than appropriate actions”, because her fiancé had a criminal past. The LAPD disregarded her 16 years of service and launched an in-depth investigation. Tina was never convicted of any crime but the dark side of the LAPD forced her out and into mandatory retirement simply because she fell in love with the wrong man.
This action changed Tina forever. She was determined to do make a difference while remaining in law enforcement. The LAPD may have turned their back on this dedicated police officer but that didn’t stop Tina. She was so changed by how her fellow police officers and the department treated her that Tina decided to now focus her passion on the other side of the law.
Tina formed and created Blazen Bail Bond Company in Norwalk California and now spends her days helping to help the unfortunate and the often “falsely accused”. As a member of our judicial process Tina did not see how the other sides were so affected. As Americans we are innocent until proven guilty in the court of law right? Tina makes sure everyone accused of a crime has a voice. She is that voice. It is our constitutional right as Americans for the right to bail and Tina will be there making sure no one feels violated, falsely accused and forgotten.
If you would like to learn more about Tina’s story, you can read it in this summer issue of Los Angeles Confidential Magazine. Tina is in the process of compiling her life story to prepare for a book, and or a screen play. For media inquiries or to interview Tina please contact below.
