Seattle Rockers DOG LEG PREACHER to Play Support Our Troops Motorcycle Rally
Seattle based indie rockers and internationally acclaimed recording artists DOG LEG PREACHER will be performing at the welcome home rally for all of the bikes returning from the Journey for Freedom run.
Seattle, Washington (Bluehost/PRWEB ) July 6, 2007 -- Dog Leg Preacher www.doglegpreacher.com will be performing on Sun July 15th 2007, outdoors at the Cedarwood dome in Milton, Wa. This is a welcome home party for all of the participants in the cross country "Journey for Freedom Run."
Some of these motorcyclists have spent months on the road doing their part to raise money for the Children of Soldiers killed in action, since combat began in the gulf region. In addition to the performance, Dog Leg Preacher will be donating a portion of all merchandise sold at the show to Journey for freedom www.Journeyforfreedom.org.
Dog Leg Preacher front man Captain Joe Kurke was quoted as saying, "This is our chance to give a little back to those that have given so much."
The rally will take place at the Cedarwood Sports bar and grill 7404 Pacific highway east, Milton, Washington ((253)922 5727) on Sunday, July 15th at 2:00 P.M. In addition to Dog Leg Preacher, there will also be a performance by Whiskey Creek (America's #1 Lynrd Skynrd Tribute band). This will be an outdoor event and open to all ages. This run is sponsored by Arrowood productions, Biker Friendly bar, Liberty RV and the Cedar Wood Sports bar.
