The Echelon Club launches its new culinary division for its members and special celebrity guests.

The event was called, "Dinner under the Stars" hosted by Kimberly Moore, CEO of The Echelon Club and Dr.h.c.Markus Jerger of Château d'Allaman. Guests flew in from around the world to enjoy this fabulous culinary experience prepared by celebrity chef Jack Lee, the executive chef of The Echelon Club.
Echelon Culinary was started for those members who wish to enjoy a unique 5-star culinary experience with a private chef in their own home. The Echelon Club will set up anything from floral arrangements, table settings, music, entertainment and will even provide some of the most exquisite wines to pair along with each meal.
Celebrity Chef Jack Lee spoiled its members and guests with his exotic menu selection to include: Seared Foi Gras with Asian Pearls, Sea Bass over Green Tea Noodles, Lightly Seared Ahi Tuna over Green Papaya Salad, Pistachio crusted Veal Chop, Lobster and Brie Soufflé completed with an exotic assortment of wild berries and bite size desserts.
One never knows just who will show up at The Echelon Club. We were able to get a sneak peak inside of this luxurious palace and got a glimpse of a few guests such as: Academy Award-winning writer/director Oliver Stone, actress Maria Bello, Don Johnson along with a few others celebs and royal figures in the mix.
The Echelon Club was founded by the glamorous and most captivating Kimberly Moore, a successful entrepreneur and event producer from NYC, who developed quite a name for herself in the influential world of business and entertainment. Echelon is a private members club which caters only to the "whose who" in Hollywood. The club is by word of mouth and extremely difficult to get in. Members gather together for a number of thematic events each year raising awareness and funds for a variety of charitable programs.
