Milissa Shrake has been promoted to associate creative director in the creative services department. Shrake was previously a senior art director. In her new position she will work with the creative director to ensure all marketing communications meet hfa's clients' strategies, guiding principles and brand standards. She lives in Akron with her husband and two children.

Ted Paynter has been promoted to account supervisor/team leader for the account services department. Paynter was previously a senior account manager. He works on the Goodyear national and local accounts and oversees a team of 12 associates. He is a member of the North Canton Playhouse board of directors as well as an actor, director and set builder for the playhouse. He resides in North Canton with his wife and two stepsons.

Rene McCann has been promoted to senior art director/interactive in the Buzzwerks™, hfa's interactive division. She was previously an art director/interactive. She recently won a Cleveland Addy award for the Veritas Web site, www.veritasideas.com. She lives in Kent with her husband and twin sons.

Mandy Davis has been promoted from media buyer/planner to senior media buyer/planner in the media services department. Davis continues to work on the Just Tires, Goodyear Retail Stores and Veritas accounts. She lives in Broadview Heights with her husband.
