Psychedelic Records announces Pepper MaShay and the Electro Illusion Release and 1st place winners in the USA Songwriting competition. Psychedelic Records also announces MTV has signed licensing deal with Psychedelic Records' recording artists Amare and EMUNI, both produced by Kevin Michael.

(PRWEB) September 10, 2007 -- Psychedelic Records recording artists Pepper MaShay and the Electro Illusion (Pepper MaShay, Brian Harris, and Michael Wickstrom) win 1st Place in the Dance / Electronic category of the USA Songwriting competition for their song "A Little Closer". Pepper Mashay's up-coming release for Psychedelic Records has an anticipated release date of spring 2008. The 10 song CD will feature the song "Beauty Shop" from the MGM release starring Queen Latifah. Besides assorted dance tracks, Pepper MaShay and the Electro Illusion will feature a pop ballad, as well as the 1st place winning song from the USA Songwriting competition, a reggae track, and mixes by Scott Anderson of Solar City. Psychedelic Records has also signed a licensing agreement with MTV Networks for several songs by Dance artist "Amare" and Hip Hop artist "Emuni" both produced by Kevin Michael from Miami, Florida. The MTV licensing agreement, which will feature several songs on "The Hills" among other MTV shows, also included songs by "Electro Illusion" produced by Brian Harris and Michael Wickstrom and several songs by "Goasia" produced by Balint Tihamer. Psychedelic Records will be releasing Goasia's latest electronic/trance release due for a Fall, 2007 release.

Electro Illusion is also currently producing Italy-based "Muneka" who's style is like "The Cure" meets "Bjork".
