Consisting of both TYGAR customers and non-customers, the training focused on the newest trends in curbing, including processes for lining driveways, advanced stamping methods, and using larger commercial molds. Most of the emphasis centered on how contractors can achieve greater success by utilizing their existing equipment and stamps. The course also covered new developments in lighting, walkways, exposed aggregate, and prep recommendations.
The next advanced training session, scheduled for February 26th, is expected to draw just as many curbing contractors from all parts of the US and Canada. Future courses will be held quarterly and will cover various subjects important to landscape curbing contractors, including sales and marketing, estimating, material procurement, other business issues, as well as hands-on curbing processes.
By focusing on the success of decorative curbing contractors with continuing education, TYGAR is once again exemplifying its leadership role in the industry.
