Volunteer Opportunities Provider Expands Travel Packages to Nepal, Peru, and Costa Rica

Global Crossroad, the leading volunteer abroad services provider has expanded its travel packages to countries in Asia, and Latin America. Nepal, Peru and Costa Rica are the main targets for this expansion.

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) April 9, 2008 -- Global Crossroad, US most popular volunteer abroad provider has widened the choice of travel packages to Nepal, Peru and Costa Rica. With volunteering travel reaching unprecedented popularity especially among young US students, Global Crossroad is meeting the growing demand for the most popular travel destination.

The popularity of volunteer in Nepal programs and the permanent peace agreement has also helped facilitate the level of cooperation between foreign and local NGO's. Global Crossroad has augmented the number of available positions in its nursery program in the village Chitwan, where volunteers help locals prepare nursery beds and plant various indigenous tree species.

Volunteer in Costa Rica programs has seen its packages include new programs like the 2 week mini ventures destined to be a crash course in volunteering. The mini ventures give the opportunity to volunteers to choose the programs and the type of work they wish to undertake while discovering the virgin rainforests, sparkling, and the hospitality of Costa Ricans.

Global Crossroad has also increased its efforts to expand the Latin American TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) programs to Cusco (Peru), center for tourism for all Latin America, and the number of trips the neighboring archaeological ruins in the outskirts of the city.

The volunteer abroad online service provider is also expanding other programs to other destinations in the few coming months. The make up of further expansions have not yet been made public yet but will be announced in the months to come. Likely the expansions in its volunteering programs will be implemented 3 at the time like it did with Nepal, Peru, and Costa Rica.
