InventHelp® Client Invents "All Sports Combo" - An Invention That Could Provide Players With Multiplicity of Sports Games

InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review.

Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) May 14, 2008 -- InventHelp®, America's largest inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Leawood, Kan., has designed a versatile assembly that may be converted into different frames and goalposts. This invention is patented.

The "All Sports Combo" would be ideal for children who play soccer, lacrosse, baseball, basketball, football, street hockey, tennis or ping pong. The invention could help a child to practice throwing a football, shooting baskets, scoring lacrosse and soccer goals, pitching, kicking a field goal, shooting a puck, practicing tennis shots and playing ping pong. The multi-use apparatus may be used at home in backyards and drive-ways, day-care centers, schools, hospitals, hotels and resorts. The unit could be easy to assemble and disassemble and the compact design would allow for easy storage.

The All Sports Combo would consist of an adjustable frame that would measure approximately 4-1/2 feet tall, 4 to 5 feet deep and 7 to 6-1/2 feet wide at its front. The frame would be producible from PVC. The netting would be producible from wound nylon and may be fitted with long nylon sleeves around the edges. A round PVC cross member would be located at the bottom in the front. This member would be removable and could be used as the cross bar when kicking field goals. The top upright poles would feature a telescoping design, which would be producible in a fluorescent color to contrast with the other components of the frame. A red flag or ribbon would be located on top of the frame to serve as a wind indicator.

Different attachments may include a basketball goal, strike zone bean bag and a circular passing target. Sand-filled plastic containers may be used as counterweights to stabilize the basketball goal. The weight would attach to the lower rear support of the frame. The bean bag would measure 22 inches tall and 14 inches wide and attach to the frame via two hooked arms. A circular football passing hoop would measure approximately 16 inches in diameter. A pitchback elastic netting (for baseball or softball) would be attached to the front of the goal by bunjee straps. The baseball/softball backstop would include two accessory arms that may be clipped on the soccer goalposts, which could be producible from PVC and netting. The goalposts of the frame may be lowered for ease in storage. A flat rectangular PVC member could be attached by two hooks on the horizontal front upper PVC piece so that tennis balls could be hit and rebound back to the player. This member could be removed and used to play ping pong by use of supporting folding legs and attaching netting. The All Sports Combo could be producible in various sizes.

InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor.
