Grate is running for the US House of Representatives in the 22nd Congressional District in New York State for the November 2008 Election. On Monday, December 10, 2007, The Constitution Party of New York announced its endorsement of Mr. David R. Grate for US House of Representatives in the 22nd Congressional District. That's what the song is about; singing because she loves to sing, not because she wants to be a superstar. My political aspirations end at Congress -- I don't want to be President or a Senator, I just want to represent my neighbors."
