InventHelp® Client Invents "Fish Catcher" - An Invention That Could Set A Fishing Pole Hook Automatically

InventHelp® is currently attempting to submit the invention to companies for review.

Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) January 2, 2008 -- InventHelp®, America's leading inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Colon, Mich., has patented a design for a device that sets a fishing pole hook automatically. This invention is patented and a prototype is available.

The "Fish Catcher" could enable an angler to set the rod down without missing a potential strike. The invention could provide the means to fish with more than one pole. The unit could enhance the angler's comfort while fishing. The Fish Catcher could minimize the number of fish that get away from the hook.

The Fish Catcher unit would measure 24-inches high, 20-inches long and four inches wide. The unit would consist of a frame and a pipe holder to store a fishing pole. A triangular frame would be constructed from 3/16-inch and 5/16-inch diameter tubing, which would include two legs that would be pushed into the ground, holding the unit upright. The rod holder would measure 1-3/4-inches in diameter. A spring would be connected to the rod tube and frame. When a fish pulls on the line and engages the trip, the mechanism spring would pivot the rod upward, hooking the fish. The Fish Catcher could be produced in a variety of different size pipe holders for the fishing pole.

InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor.
