The Benicia Vallejo Humane Society Announces a call for entries for Barkitecture V "Domiciles for the sophisticated Canines, Felines, Feathered Friends & Slinky Reptiles We Love." Barkitecture V is a gala event and competition in which local contractors, architects, developers, designers & creative supporters compete to create unique, custom-designed Dog, Cat, Bird & Slinky Reptiles Domiciles.
(PRWEB) January 9, 2008 -- Barkitecture V teams are now forming and the competition will be fierce. Dog, Cat, Bird & Reptile teams are building domiciles to delight the sophisticated canines, felines, feathered friends & slinky reptiles we love. Entry Packets for Barkitecture V are available from Humane Services Director, Peter Wilson at 707.645.7905 ext 113 or at the Humane Society and also online at www.bvhumane.org.
"The entries are more amazing each year. I can't wait to see what masterpieces people build this year!" said volunteer Thea Grigsby, proud mom of rescued dogs.
The "People's Choice" Voting and Preview Party will be held Friday, March 28, 2008 at 5:30p.m. It will offer the first view of the designer domiciles to be juried and then auctioned off on Friday, April 4, 2008. Barkitecture V festivities begin at 6:00 pm (business casual attire). The event will feature music, dinner, silent & live auctions and a premium raffle.
