New artists looking to promote their music beyond just a standard play list now have a way to add a personal intro to each track, then post that OUTSHOUT to their profile and share it with their fans, in just a few clicks. - The OUTSHOUTS widget carries a photo and displays the album cover art once the track begins to play
- Artists can control either a partial play 60 second sample, or offer a full play of each track
- Every OUTSHOUT also offers a way to buy the music portion of the OUTSHOUT if available, from Amazon or iTunes
- OUTSHOUTS can be sent to any email address or mobile phone number, and once posted, every OUTSHOUT can be shared and syndicated across fan profiles, blogs, social network pages and websites.

OUTSHOUTS is a simple to use, free message service that lets users intro their favorite MP3s with their own voice and send it to any email or mobile phone number. Most notable is the integrated mobile component to the OUTSHOUTS service – once you have a play list of tracks loaded, users can record and mash OUTSHOUTS directly from their mobile (no need to be on the web).
Users can log into their account from any computer, or directly from their mobile, and send voice and music mash-ups to anyone in seconds. Recipients do not need to be registered to receive OUTSHOUTS and every OUTSHOUT can be embedded in MySpace profiles with just one click.
