In his book, Bailey tells about his altered states of consciousness and his awakening to the power of dreams. Ruben Bailey has been interested in dreams since 1995 when he began having a series of precognitive dreams and has been journaling them ever since. He holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Strayer University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Metaphysics from the University of Metaphysical Sciences.
