$500K in Major Upgrades to Wasilla's Best Western Lake Lucille Inn

Wasilla's Best Western Lake Lucille Inn announced today the launch of over $500K in major guest room upgrades and renovations, the closing down of its food and beverage operations and the addition of complimentary deluxe continental breakfast service.

Wasilla, AK (PRWEB) February 22, 2008 -- Wasilla's Best Western Lake Lucille Inn announced today the launch of over $500K in major guest room upgrades and renovations, the closing down of its food and beverage operations and the addition of complimentary deluxe continental breakfast service.

Best Western Lake Lucille Inn has begun over $500K in extensive renovations and upgrades to its guest rooms and facilities in anticipation of the 2008 travel season. These renovations coincide with the closing of the Wasilla landmark's food and beverage operations and new deluxe continental breakfast service.

Elegant cherry finished furniture, pillow top mattresses with a turndown look, new sheers and draperies, in-room refrigerators and granite vanities are really going to play up to our strengths in providing our guests the first-rate accommodations and service that our hotel is recognized for
"Elegant cherry finished furniture, pillow top mattresses with a turndown look, new sheers and draperies, in-room refrigerators and granite vanities are really going to play up to our strengths in providing our guests the first-rate accommodations and service that our hotel is recognized for" said Sham Idnani, President of Aurora Lodging Managements Inc, which owns and operates the inn, and Denali Lodges & Alaska Denali Tours. "We're definitely moving towards what many call the boutique hotel concept with the emphasis on personalized accommodations and services."

Another major change announced today is the closing of its food and beverage operations. Instead, guests will be provided a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast. Reducing or eliminating food and beverage operations and investing instead in other lodging related services is a growing industry trend. "By eliminating our food and beverage operations, not only are we better able to focus on our core business of running a first-rate lodge, we will also redirect those resources into more amenities such as a new business center and state of the art climate controls," said Sara Idnani, Vice President - Interior Design and Purchasing.

Best Western is the worlds' largest hotel chain with over 4,200 properties worldwide.
