Attendees will include San Miguel de Allende mayor Jesús Correa Ramírez, Guanajuato Senator Luis Alberto Villarreal García plus other key city and state officials, local media and real estate brokers and agents. The ceremony will include a tree-planting event to inaugurate the community.
Vista Antigua is the second private community development in San Miguel de Allende by local developers, Coates/Dolan. The project started two years ago with the initial master plan created by EDSA, a world-renowned land planning company. The community features 203 homesites with panoramic views of the town center and Picacho Mountains. Plans for the future include an upscale commercial center with restaurants, retail shopping and services for the community plus a 4-star business class hotel site. Almost 30% of the community has been sold in the first sales phase that started at the end of 2007.

Proceeds from the event support Feed the Hungry, a local NGO that provides nutritious meals to more than 10,000 local school children each day.
