Security Solutions International Sheds Light on the Radical Islamic Mindset with Popular Counter-Terrorism Workshop
Security Solutions International (SSI) will offer the first of many scheduled training sessions in the Seattle area. In partnership with the Port of Seattle PD, Threat of Islamic Jihadists to the World will be held at the Washington State Criminal Justice Commission in Seattle on May 22nd & 23rd.
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) March 21, 2008 -- The Threat of Islamic Jihadists to the World is unique training course that has been expertly designed to bring world-class counter-terrorism training to First Responders and federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies across the country. The sessions will feature Ebrahim Ashabi, one of America's foremost experts on radical Islam and anti-terror security practices.
Participants in this insightful, packed two-day program are taken through the formative phases of the Islamic religion, gaining an understanding of its different branches and ideologies. This foundation will serve to create a greater awareness of the role of extremism in radical Islam.

About Ebrahim Ashabi
Ebrahim Ashabi left Iran in 1982 after having survived the Iran Revolution and the war with Iraq. After spending time in Europe, he was able to finally reach New York and lived there and in Washington until joining the Long Beach Police Department in 1997. In 2005, Ebrahim joined the Long Beach Police Department's Office of Counter Terrorism, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and investigating criminal intelligence related to international and domestic terrorism, organized crime, and extremist activity.
While working closely with the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force, Ebrahim was able to share his real-world knowledge of Islamic culture and to put it into a US context as an asset to a wide range of law enforcement and security professionals.
