Atlanta Based "Indi" Record Label Visionary Leroy McMath Writes New Book

Music Industry Mastermind, Leroy McMath promotes The Music Game book, an inspiring story on how to succeed in both the music industry and life.

Atlanta, GA, (PRWEB) March 28, 2008 -- Leroy McMath will began his cross country tour to promote his soon to be released book, The Music Game, which is set to be released on April 22, 2008. The tour will kick off in Charlotte, North Carolina and will extend all the way through July 20, 2008 with visits to cities in Texas, Indiana, Michigan, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, California, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Ohio.

This book tour will not be the first time that McMath has gotten face-time. As founder of Power Entertainment, Inc. his artists including Freak Nasty of Da Dip and MC Breed with hit Aint No Future in Yo Frontin, he clearly made his mark within the music industry. He has also had his hand on various other feature film projects such as Fled, Booty Call, 8 Mile and most recently Walter on Fox Network.

He is using the book tour to spread the message about what people who are already in or trying to break into the music industry will go through. The Music Game offers a road map to help people maneuver within the music industry. McMath establishes that while "there is no book or blueprint that you can follow to get you to where you're trying to go", The Music Game is an amazing source for any artist or producer that wants to be successful in the extremely competitive and cut throat industry of music and entertainment.

McMath, founder and entrepreneur, started the Power Entertainment Group over fifteen years ago. Through that he has since developed Power Records, Power Books and the founded the WBA (World Basketball Association). McMath also has a hand in various local communities nationwide. He frequently speaks to young musicians, at seminars and consults for independent record labels and artists.

Overall, in The Music Game, you will find a plethora of information that McMath has personally learned over the years that he has been involved in the entertainment industry. The book reflects changes in the independent music industry and gives pointers on how to survive; for example, how to pick your artists and clients, how to market your label and how to have the financial means to back up a successful label.
