New Study Recognizes Halogen Customer for Best Practices in Employee Performance and Talent Management

Following the rollout of the Halogen solution, independent survey results from the McGladrey network indicated a 38 percent improvement in employees' understanding of the link between the work they do and how they are paid. Employees now have a clear roadmap for their success in the firm and O’Sullivan Creel has higher employee satisfaction – a key driver in retaining top performers.
