Real Estate Company Applies Innovative Methods to Introduce Small Seaside Community to the World

Vintage Estates Realty, exclusive affiliate of Christie's Great Estates, has launched several innovative measures to introduce the seaside community of Pawleys Island to potential buyers.

Pawleys Island, SC (PRWEB) April 14, 2008 -- The famed real estate slogan is "location, location, location." However, in a soft real estate market it may take more than just an ideal location to motivate buyers. The founders of the recently launched Vintage Estates Realty are incorporating some non-traditional means to introduce buyers to one of South Carolina's best kept secrets along the Palmetto Coast.

We needed an exclusive brand to help us introduce our charming seaside community to potential buyers and that's when we approached Christie's Great Estates.
Over the years, the Real Estate brokerage landscape has not been widely known for its "out of box" thinking or innovation when speaking in terms of marketing or branding experiences. Consumers think of companies like Apple or BMW when discussing brands that create an experience rather than a product. This is exactly where the founders of Vintage Estates Realty aimed to position their new company.

"We live in one of the best kept secrets along the southeastern coast. Pawleys Island is tucked away between the famous Brookgreen Gardens to the north, the Vanderbilt plantation to the south, the blue Atlantic Ocean to the east and the intra-coastal waterway to the west," says Brady Stump, co-founder of Vintage Estates Realty. "We needed an exclusive brand to help us introduce our charming seaside community to potential buyers and that's when we approached Christie's Great Estates."

Christie's Great Estates is the real estate subsidiary of Christie's, the world's oldest art auction house. The exclusive Christie's Great Estates affiliate network accounts for approximately $125 billion in high end real estate sales. After several weeks of conversations and meetings, Christie's awarded Vintage Estates Realty with the coveted Christie's Great Estates designation.

As soon as the Vintage team, comprised of Stump and co-founders Chuck Cooper and Johnny Besser, had secured the Christie's Great Estates brand to its arsenal, it began to build a very unique marketing plan that was rooted in technology and non-traditional practices.

The Vintage Estates website (www.MyVintageEstates.com) incorporates many of these non-traditional ideas. One feature on the site includes "local profiles" that spotlight area businesses and events in the community. The profiles build good will with local businesses by giving them added exposure, while creating buzz for Vintage Estates through positive word of mouth generated by the business owner being featured in the profile.

The Vintage Estates website also incorporates several search engine optimization techniques to ensure all of its content will be placed high within search engines like Google and Yahoo. The site also has "tags" where visitors can click on specific words and view other pages of similar content.

More non-traditional methods such as attending wine festivals, art gatherings and boat shows will be implemented so that Vintage Estates can take its real estate product directly to the consumer.

With the backing of the Christie's Great Estates brand and the innovative ideas being launched, Vintage Estates Realty should be well positioned to turn their sleepy seaside community into possibly the next Martha's Vineyard of the south.
