About the Author
Aaron White received his Ph.D. from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and has been an assistant professor in the department of psychiatry, division of medical psychology at Duke University Medical Center since 2001. He speaks internationally about these issues and currently resides in Durham, N.C.
