The mock documentary, which has been produced by legendary music entrepreneur and Brownpunk partner Chris Blackwell, is an edgy and innovative take on today's competitive music business. The movie begins with a montage of clips, stills and graphics visually introducing the main characters including many of Brownpunk's artists such as Face, 1st Blood, Engine, Kira and The Dirty. Face's track '8 millimetre' and 1st Blood's 'Connecting People' make for an impressive soundtrack.
Tricky has always placed the focus on talent and creativity so it's only natural that the star chose to promote his new indie music record label, Brownpunk, in such a creative and inspiring way. The movie certainly boasts an impressive line-up. Alongside Brownpunk's numerous artists, Elliot Gould -- star of Ocean's Eleven -- can be found playing Eira Geld, depicted in the film as a nasty American hot shot money lender.
