First Watch Leasing Partners with Shreve & Co. for Luxury Timepiece Financing

Leasing company and exclusive jeweler announce to customers that they can lease fine watches the way they lease their cars.
Our executives were on hand to answer all of their questions and walk them through the online lease application process.

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) May 1, 2008 -- First Watch Leasing, a financing company that helps consumers attain luxury timepieces, has partnered with esteemed San Francisco jeweler Shreve & Co. to make the leasing program available to its customers.

The announcement was made to an invitation-only crowd of about 250 people at San Francisco Magazine's Men's Book Event, held April 17 at Shreve & Co.'s gracious 102-year-old Post Street store.

"You can lease your car, and now you can lease your watch at Shreve & Co," announced Shreve & Co. President Richard Horne, describing First Watch Leasing's EliteLease program, which allows customers to acquire luxury timepieces through affordable monthly lease payments.

Edward Huang, COO of First Watch Leasing, says the program particularly appeals to upwardly mobile men. "Men don't have many accessories," he said, "and you can't wear your Mercedes into the boardroom."

"We experienced significant buzz at the First Watch Leasing counter, with clients asking about the features and benefits of leasing their next watch," said Wendy Schatan, Executive Retail Account Manager for First Watch Leasing. "Our executives were on hand to answer all of their questions and walk them through the online lease application process."

First Watch Leasing extends its program only to select retail partners. These stores must be manufacturer-authorized sellers of their brands.

Shreve & Co. is making EliteLease available for A Lange & Sohne, Jaeger- LeCoultre, Cartier, Officine Panerai, Harry Winston, Rolex, Patek Philippe and IWC. The retailer is also offering EliteLease at its Palo Alto store.
