CODA CEO Appointed to Managing Board of Unit 4 Agresso

Joins four other Board members; Responsibilities include managing group marketing strategy, future product strategy and management of a number of territories within the Group.

Harrogate, North Yorkshire (PRWEB) May 22, 2008 -- CODA Group, the global finance systems specialist, today announced that following completion of the acquisition of CODA plc by Unit 4 Agresso N.V., CODA's CEO, Jeremy Roche, has been appointed to the Managing Board of the Unit 4 Agresso Group with immediate effect.

Jeremy will be the fifth member of the Managing Board with other members including Chris Ouwinga, CEO of Unit 4 Agresso and Edwin van Leeuwen, CFO of Unit 4 Agresso. Jeremy will be responsible for managing the global Group Marketing function and for the future product strategy of the Group. He will also have responsibility for a number of territories within the Group.

Jeremy has worked with CODA since March 2000, when the company was acquired by Science Systems. He became CEO in 2002 and has successfully led CODA in the expansion of its product portfolio and expansion of the business prior to its recent acquisition by Unit 4 Agresso.
