After an exhaustive search for a new General Manager, North Shore Country Club announced its decision to hire Mr. Ben Ghesquiere from among an extensive field of candidates. After graduating with a Hotel-Management degree from the Glion Hotel School in Switzerland in 1993, Mr. Ghesquiere accumulated a wide professional background at luxury hotel/resort facilities throughout the world. Glen Head, NY (PRWEB) May 22, 2008 -- After an exhaustive search for a new General Manager, North Shore Country Club announced its decision to hire Mr. Ben Ghesquiere from among an extensive field of candidates.

Subsequent to graduating with a Hotel-Management degree from the Glion Hotel School in Switzerland in 1993, Mr. Ghesquiere accumulated a wide professional background at luxury hotel/resort facilities throughout the world. Mr. Ghesquiere brings extensive international experience to the North Shore management team. He has held management positions in the international resort industry including The Meridien and Claridge's in London, as well as Aman Resorts in Indonesia.

The club believes his unique background will permit him to quickly assimilate to the traditional style and character of the North Shore Country Club.

Mr. Ghesquiere has most recently held an interim general-management position at Montclair Golf Club in New Jersey.
