In twenty-three years of treating thousands of patients with anxiety and depression I have yet to encounter a more powerful and user friendly technology
HeartMath's Transformations is a four-part series on transforming stress, anxiety and depression through the power of the heart and positive emotions. The webinars are based on the Transforming book series written by renowned psychologist and HeartMath cofounder Deborah Rozman, Ph.D., and Doc Childre, originator of the HeartMath System.

"With every beat, the heart sends neural messages to the parts of the brain that govern emotion and higher reasoning capacities. As people connect with their heart intelligence, they'll find that stress and old emotional habits transform into positive emotional energy and enhanced clarity," Dr. Rozman says. "The power and intelligence of the heart is what gives people control of their automatic responses so they recover from stress more quickly and experience an increased quality of life."

This webinar series starts with Eliminating Anxiety on May 7th, followed by Overcoming Feelings of Sadness and Depression on June 4th, and The Power of Positive Emotions on July 9th. Following each webinar, participants will have the option to download the program as a .wmv or.mp3 file at no cost for later review or to share with family, friends and colleagues. The Transforming Stress webinar is now available for free download.

HeartMath experts will also demonstrate in real-time how positive emotions can literally shift your heart rhythms, thereby transforming the physiology and detrimental effects of stress. Using the HeartMath's emWave technologies, as featured in Tuesday's Wall Street Journal, participants will have the opportunity to experience what science has confirmed - the significant role the heart plays in emotional resilience and improved cognitive function.

Dr. Christian Komor, founder of the OCD Recovery Centers of America, says, "Childre and Rozman and the researchers at HeartMath continue to be at the forefront of our understanding of the power of the body to heal the mind."

"In twenty-three years of treating thousands of patients with anxiety and depression I have yet to encounter a more powerful and user friendly technology," Dr. Komor states. "Psychology and psychiatry owe a debt of thanks to HeartMath for helping us find a path thorough the challenges of today's world."

Whether you're a long-time friend of HeartMath or new to the HeartMath System, this free webinar series offers refreshing and exciting possibilities for making real, lasting positive change to create the life you really want.
