ProSiebenSat.1 Media’s International Channel Signs Agreement with Global Advertising Strategies for Rights to Its Exclusive Multicultural Platform
Global Advertising Strategies named ProSiebenSat.1 Welt’s exclusive U.S. market advertising agent.
New York, NY (PRWEB) May 23, 2007 -- To maximize revenue by reaching millions of new American immigrants and other untapped markets, ProSiebenSat.1 Welt has signed an agreement with leading multicultural advertising agency Global Advertising Strategies to use its Multiplatform Multicultural Programmer Platform (MMPP). ProSiebenSat.1 Welt is owned and operated by Germany’s largest TV group, ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. The agreement calls for Global Advertising Strategies to be ProSiebenSat.1 Welt’s exclusive advertising agent in the United States. Terms of the agreement were not released.
The agreement, which goes into effect today, is the latest validation of the breakthrough MMPP business model. MMPP is a Web interface with a proprietary booking and reservation platform which allows media planners to research and to create media campaigns across channels and media. As a media seller, Global Advertising Strategies is accumulating advertising rights and space for several dozen networks, including Russia’s Channel One Russia Worldwide, so that it can sell advertising to clients interested in niche markets and in running large scale advertising campaigns for Americans that belong to dozens of ethnic groups. So, an international airline commercial could be broadcast on top 20 ethnic TV channels, aimed at 20 different ethnic groups in the U.S.
