San Diego (PRWEB / PRWEB) February 18, 2009 -- Action Donation Services (ADS) will provide its unique fundraising services to help the Ronald McDonald House of Tampa Bay (RMHCTB) and its programs benefiting families and children.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay provides comfort, care and support to children and their families through the operation of core programs like the Ronald McDonald House, the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile, RMHC College Scholarships, and grants to other non-profit organizations that assist children. Since opening their doors in 1980, they have cared for more than 35,000 families from Florida, the United States and around the world. Currently offering 66 bedrooms per night in their three houses, the program will expand at year-end to include a fourth house inside the new All Children's Hospital complex. Of its $2.3 million operating budget, 86 percent comes from public support.

Ronald McDonald House Charities currently has 281 Ronald McDonald Houses in 31 countries. Each house includes a comfortable room, a private bathroom, meals and the support of volunteers, staff and other families.

ADS maximizes the selling price of donated property by refurbishing donations when feasible and when it will be beneficial to the charity. Donations are often sold retail rather than wholesale when possible to increase the return to the charity and tax deduction for the donor.
