San Antonio, Texas (PRWEB) May 1, 2008 -- Diamondback Cooperative Holdings, Inc. (DCH), which provides domestic and international hospitality consulting services, announces the addition of Mr. Dwaine Rivers as its new President and CEO. Rivers, a widely successful Texas businessman and real estate developer, takes over the role from retiring Robert W. Henkel who has been leading the Company since 2006.

Rivers will lead the upcoming DCH Group, which provides a full spectrum of goods and services to the hospitality, resort and casino industries. The Company provides executive consulting, land planning, architecture, design, technology and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) procurement services.

The Company also announced it has been working towards the acquisition and repositioning of one of the leading media, in-room entertainment and informational services Company’s in hospitality. The deal, which is to be announced soon, will provide DCH with an existing base of thousands of US hotel client properties to introduce the Company’s new bundled service offerings. The additional products are expected to be introduced in late June of this year.

Rivers was selected by the Company’s board of directors to lead the new diversification plan forward. His stated focus is in working with developers, hoteliers and management groups around the world in the repositioning, renovation and construction of hotel properties. The Company’s core focus is in the conceptual design, functionality and service fulfillment of next generation state-of-the-art properties.
