New Cave Creek Home Community Includes 300 Home Sites
(Vocus/PRWEB ) March 24, 2008 -- Toll Brothers has opened Montevista, a new master planned home community north of Tatum Boulevard at 56th Street and Dixileta in Cave Creek, Ariz.
The Blanca is one of five models now open at Montevista, a Toll Brothers community at 56th Street and Dixileta in Cave Creek.
Montevista features five collections of one- and two-story home designs ranging from 2,799 to 5,125 square feet. Five on-site models are now open for viewing.

The Palo Verde Collection includes five plans ranging from 2,799 to 3,718 square feet. The Blanca, a two-story, 3,228-square-foot plan with an interior courtyard is open for viewing. Prices start from the upper $500,000s.
The Desert Willow Collection includes seven plans ranging from 3,150 to 4,249 square feet. The Spanish Colonial Savino, a 3,466-square-foot quintessentially Spanish design, is open for viewing. The two-story, 4,369-square-foot Marchetti Tuscan plan is also open for viewing. Prices start from the upper $600,000s.
The Cottonwood Collection includes five plans ranging from 3,402 to 4,639 square feet. The cool, contemporary Del Oro model, a two-story, 4,221-square-foot plan, is available for viewing. The dramatic and expansive 3,744-square-foot Melilla model is also open. Homes in the Cottonwood Collection start from the low $700,000s.
