AuctionZip.com Launches Antique Auctions Page

AuctionZip.com announced the launch of a new Antique Auctions page, which will make it easier for antique dealers and collectors to find the auction information they are looking for. The new Antique Auctions page will feature the most viewed antique auctions at the web site, along with items available for online bidding and a browsable list of today's upcoming auctions.

Bedford, PA (PRWEB) September 7, 2007 -- AuctionZip.com, the nation's largest live auction website, announced today the launch of a new Antique Auctions page. The new Antique Auctions page is designed to make it easier for antique dealers and collectors to find the auction information they need.

Antique dealers and collectors are flocking to the web for their auction information. AuctionZip.com is the first place that many are turning. With over 16,000 upcoming auctions to chose from, and the ability to search by area or auctioneer, antique buyers are going to the site in record numbers. The new Antique Auctions Page will serve as a portal dedicated solely to Antique Auctions. The new page will feature live auctions, online auctions, and other general information related to antiques and antique auctions.

AuctionZip.com was launched in January of 2004 by two Pennsylvania antique dealers, Steve Johnson and Joe Koval, who were frustrated with the time and money required to find auction listings. Before AuctionZip.com, Johnson and Koval had subscribed to dozens of newspapers and visited hundreds of websites to find auction information. Now that auction information can be found in a single location and accessed buy buyers at no charge.

AuctionZip.com posted record numbers in August receiving 17.5 million page views from 440,000 unique visitors. AuctionZip.com is currently used by over 9500 auctioneers to advertise auctions.
