Copper Conferencing Drives to Increase Market Presence through Acquisition of Conferencing Leader

JamboTECH, founded in 2002, rapidly became a leading provider of audio and web conferencing services with BlackPhone Plus, their audio and web conferencing services suite tailored to the small and medium-sized businesses (SMB). The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to Copper’s earnings in 2006.
