This new line of ten furnishings combines the fine craftsmanship and superior quality that customers have come to expect from Vault in a streamlined selection of the most popular sizes and styles of cabinets, priced to fit a wider range of project budgets. The new wall mounted cabinets share the same double-wall construction, stainless steel interiors, drawers, shelves, and signature solid metals handles as Vault's freestanding Pro Series.
Manufactured domestically at a state-of-the-art facility in Indianapolis, IN, each piece is handcrafted one at a time commissioned to the customer's exact specifications. Stainless steel drawer bodies and doors are hand-fit to each individual cabinet. Drawer bodies are constructed with welded corners and hemmed edges for added strength and safety. Additional flanges are selectively located to provide maximum rigidity of drawers. A welded door and top keep the cabinets rigid when mounted to the wall.
All visible surfaces are painstakingly critiqued to eliminate unsightly welds and fasteners and to provide joint seams and reveals that are highly precise and consistent. No visible seams or soldered joints are left exposed. Hung doors are hand fit to allow an opening of 3/32" around each door and feature fully adjustable nickel-plated hinges by Blum to ensure they remain perfectly aligned. Drawers operate using full-extension glides to provide easy access to the back of drawers; rated at 100lbs apiece, fully loaded drawers open with ease and ensure smooth and quiet operation.
Finally, the assembly and finishing process takes four to six weeks to meets Vault's high quality standards. All units come pre-assembled so they can be installed directly from their wood crated shipping containers.
