Group-Wide Deal Caps a Record-Setting Year for Xtime, Inc.

Xtime (www.xtime.com) announced today
that it has entered into an agreement with Group 1 Automotive (NYSE:
GPI) to roll out Xtime’s web scheduling and
service automation software to its dealerships.
Group 1 is one of the top five publicly traded dealership groups in the
U.S. with more than 100 dealerships. “We place
a premium on customer service throughout our company and these tools
will enable us to consistently deliver the highest levels of service and
satisfaction across all of our stores,” said
Wade Hubbard, Vice President of Fixed Operations at Group 1. “Xtime’s
solution provides all our customers with the convenience of online
pricing, recommended services, service history, service status and
appointment booking."
This most recent agreement makes Group 1 the second Fortune 500 public
dealership group in the last four months to adopt Xtime’s
web scheduling software across all of its dealerships and capped a
record-setting year of growth for Xtime in 2007.
In 2007 Xtime also set company records by doubling new dealership
enrollments and more than doubling its monthly appointment bookings,
while also delivering four major product releases. Other key company
milestones in the last 12 months include:

Exceeding 4 Million appointments booked

Becoming an ADP OpenAPI partner for secure integration with ADP.

Becoming a Reynolds RCI Gateway partner for secure integration with
Reynolds & Reynolds.

Solidifying corporate partnerships with BMW and Saturn for
distribution of ServiceCRM(tm) to BMW and Saturn dealerships,
respectively.

Formalizing partnerships with Customer Traac, eLeads and DPS to
provide call center services for Xtime’s
dealers.
