Good Things Happen When Clients Join The Team

Hann Builders is honored by selection for award by peers.
In the same way, the customer has detailed control over the style and feel of the home we build for them.

Houston (PRWEB) December 4, 2007 -- There’s always a chair for the client in any meeting at Hann Builders. Stephen Hann will tell you it’s there because the clients are part of the team. That’s one of the big reasons Hann was named the 2007-2008 National Association of Home Builders Custom Home Builder of the Year.

“The owner becomes a part of our team and is welcome to contribute to any of the details in their home,” Hann says. “In the same way, the customer has detailed control over the style and feel of the home we build for them.”

Claiming never to have built the same home twice this custom builder will tackle anything from contemporary to high French. Once again it’s all a matter of what the customer wants. All of this customer involvement though doesn’t come at a high cost in customer time. Hann has found ways to keep the client involved while making it easy.

“It really comes down to the little things and keeping things simple,” he says. “When customers have to make selections we don’t just send them home with a list and a deadline. Instead we work through the list with them so we can guide them by pointing out the functionality, fit and cost of the items they are considering.”

Customers are also well represented as they are walking out the door. Hann holds team meetings at the end of each project to discuss the things that went right as-well-as the things that didn’t work out as planned. Customers participate here too and they help the company to refine their processes so the customer perspective stays at the top of the list.

The NAHB Custom Home Builder of the Year is given by the Custom Builder committee of the National Association of Home Builders to the builder they identify that exhibits excellence in customer satisfaction, quality and consistent service, as well as being involved in their community and industry.

Hann Builders is a custom home builder in Houston. There is more information about the company on its web site at http://www.hannbuilt.com.
