Dr. Buckheit's career in technology and software development includes ten years as founder and CEO of Yield Dynamics, Inc., a provider of yield management software to the semiconductor and flat-panel display industries that he led to become the most profitable company in its field upon its sale to MKS Instruments, Inc. (Nasdaq:MKSI) in 2007. He holds a Ph.D. in mathematical statistics from Stanford University.
