Ace Canopy Introduces New Method of Advertising -- Outdoor Canopies
Using outdoor canopies as a tool for advertising.
(PRWEB) April 15, 2008 -- A new form of advertising should be hitting the beaches soon. Acecanopy.com will be promoting plain outdoor canopies and pop up canopies in an effort to drive more sales. The new outdoor canopies will be replaced with colorful brand promoting outdoor canopies.
Ace Canopy, Palmdale CA. is in the process of manufacturing a very esoteric line of canopies with everything from Spider-Man movie ads to even Britney Spears perfume. The canopy company will be making the canopies and placing them at events that the company sponsors, in return for a type of "product placement". Many companies already choose to have advertisements of custom made onto canopies to be displayed at events the company will be at. Ace Canopy says they want to take it one step further. They would like to see their pop up canopies and tents with advertisements everywhere.
Now Stein intends to have his company manufacture canopies as advertisements that are no different than the ads you would see on public buses. Outdoor canopies and tents are used everywhere. Stein, also an actor and film maker said he got the idea through his experience in the film industry.
Product placement is a large asset in major motion pictures and he sees a market for that type of advertising within other industries. Stein says, "There are many more concepts in the works and you will start seeing them next year on busy boulevards in your local town."
