All the content is free to registered members of the site.
This represents a groundroots innovative opportunity for health, fitness, exercise, nutrition or self-development content providers to offer 'useful bits' of their content to the general public in a non-threatening format. The customer gets a usable and functional sample of information and establishes a relationship to the provider through a trusted source.
