Beginning in November 2007, prospective members of Trilogy at Mountain
House will have the opportunity to work hands-on with Trilogy staff in
Design Review forums to directly impact the design of the community
where they may one day live. The newest of nine Trilogy active
lifestyle communities, Trilogy at Mountain House is located in the
Altamont Hills of the East Bay. The community will surround the future
Trilogy Golf Course at Mountain House, an 18-hole championship course
designed by golf legend Fred Couples.
Those who sign-up for design reviews will be the first to see the
preliminary community design, floor plans and anticipated price ranges. “The
process of achieving number one status in customer satisfaction begins
long before the first home is built,” said

design review forums give prospective members an opportunity to help
fine-tune the design of the community through direct feedback. Listening
to consumer feedback and application of that feedback is Trilogy’s
benchmark process, and how we set the industry standard,”

J.D. Power and Associates announced last month that Trilogy by Shea
Homes ranks "Highest in Customer Satisfaction among the Largest Active
Adult Community Home Builders" in 34 U.S. markets. Trilogy received the
highest ranking in a study that looked at warranty/customer service,
construction management, and home readiness, as well as several other
factors.
Trilogy at Mountain House’s architectural
vision for its luxury Members club reflects America’s
classic “Arts and Crafts”
style, blending old world rustic charm with new world design and
convenience. The customized designs for the community’s
approximately 2,400 homes will encompass seventeen floor plans. Diverse
neighborhoods will complement one another, resulting in street scenes
that will appear to have evolved over time.
