Together with Vancouver-based Francisco Viana, Sales Director for Latin America, Quappe will work with cable and telecommunications operators to deploy Internet-based data, voice, and video services using IP address and DNS management systems, as well as provisioning and testing systems for SIP, PacketCable(TM), and DOCSIS(R) devices.
With a strong background in software engineering and telecommunications, Quappe has extensive knowledge of fixed and mobile communications systems, and an in-depth understanding of the business needs of major broadband operators. He has more than five years experience delivering network solutions at world-leading service providers in roles that include project management, product management, pre-sales technical support, and software development.
